The Products offered for sale on the Website include telescopic ladders, ladder accessories, and material handling equipment.
Product descriptions, specifications, images and dimensions are provided for information purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, slight variations may occur.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or payment problems.
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting cs@ashcrofttools.co.uk.
Once an order has entered the preparation or dispatch process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Prices displayed at checkout include all applicable charges shown at the time of purchase.

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch.
Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 9 working days from order placement.

All shipments include tracking information which is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Ownership of the Products passes to the Customer only upon full payment of the purchase price.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and complete with any accessories and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
